Happy Veteran's Day!

Thank you to all the veterans of our great country who have fought for freedom over the two hundred plus years of existence. I always think it is sad when younger generations have no idea about the history of our great country and the great battles it took to get us here today. Here is my salute to the veterans of the greatest nation:

-American Revolutionary War

-The War of 1812

-The Mexican-American War

-The Civil War

-The Spanish-American War

-World War I

-World War II

-The Korean War

-Vietnam War

-Desert Storm

-Operation Enduring Freedom

-Operation Iraqi Freedom

Thank you to all our veterans and our allies, especially Great Britain who has stuck it out with us the most.

"No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the invisible hand which conducts the affairs of men more than the people of the United States. Every step by which they have advanced to the character of an independent nation seems to have been distinguished by some token of providential agency."
-President George Washington, Inaugural Address

Bravo for the appropriate holiday spirit! I enjoyed the photo timeline and well-spoken words of our first and perhaps our most important (next to Lincoln) president.
